Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Fajitas in Pitas
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 chopped green onion
- 4 tsps mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 boneless chicken breasts (halved)
- 2 medium sweet red peppers (halved & seeded)
- 2 medium green peppers (halved & seeded)
- 8 pita pocket halves
- 8 lettuce leaves
Recipe:
1) Combine mayonnaise, a green onion, mustard, and pepper in a bowl. Transfer 1/3 of it in another bowl.
2) Coat the chicken and peppers with the remaining mixture.
3) Grill the chicken and peppers on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
4) Cut the chicken and peppers into slices. The size of slices varies on your choice.
5) Bring back 1/3 of the mixture set aside before and spread it inside the pita. Fill it with the lettuce leaves, peppers, and chicken.
6) Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
10 Chicken Wings
2 Cups Vegetable Oil for Frying
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Hot Sauce
1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
1 Pinch Garlic Powder
Recipe:
1. Coat the chicken wings with a mixture of flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Refrigerate coated wings for at least an hour.
2. In a saucepan on the stove, combine butter, hot sauce, pepper, and garlic. Stir until butter is melted, then remove from heat and reserve for later.
3. Fry the chicken wings in a skillet filled with oil heated to 375 degrees F. Remove the wings and place them on a paper-towel lined plate to remove the excess oil.
4. Drizzle the hot wings sauce over the fried wings or place the hot wings in a bowl with the sauce and mix together until combined.
Sriracha Honey Chicken Nuggets

Stuffed Biscuits
Hot Spicy Wings
Butterfly Chicken Drumstick
(All instructions and ingredients should be read before starting)
Ingredients:
Ground Beef
Deno-o's Hot Chipotle Seasoning
Garlic and Onion Powder
Buttermilk Biscuit (Pillsbury)
Colby Jack Cheese (can add onions and other meats as filling)
Recipe:
Step 1: Add beef into frying pan and begin to cook
Step 2: Once beef is almost ready to eat, season with den-o’s,Garlic powder and Onion powder (preferred amount)
Step 3: Turn off heat
Step 4: Roll out biscuits on a flat surface
Step 5: Add portion of beef to each biscuit
Step 6: Add cheese on top of beef
Step 7: Close off the biscuit with closed part at bottom
Step 8: Put into oven at 350 degrees until the biscuit starts to turn golden brown
Step 9: Remove from oven and done

Recipe:
Step 1: Add wings into bowl and drain any blood
Step 2: Nicely dust on garlic, salt, and paprika
Step 3: Mix then wash hands
Step 4: Get a pan and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Step 5: Add wings and sear
Step 6: Add 2 small cubes of butter and pepper flakes while searing
Step 7: Put into oven at 375 degrees farenheit for 15 minutes
Step 8: Add wings into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of fat from pan onto wings and hot sauce
Step 9: Add butter and mix up, done
Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Air Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:
Sourdough Bread
Onion and Garlic Cheese
Shredded Chicken
Hot Buffalo Sauce
Ranch
Mayonnaise
Garlic Powder
Butter (Room Temperature)
American Cheese (sliced)
Recipe:
Step 1: Slice onion garlic cheese and set aside
Step 2: Shred chicken
Step 3: Mix buffalo sauce with shredded chicken and ranch
Step 4: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, butter, and garlic powder
Step 5: Spread onto both sides of two slices of bread
Step 6: Add american cheese on bread, then garlic butter, then chicken
Step 7: Wait a few seconds and add butter on chicken, then cheese, then second bread slice
Step 8: Carefully flip sandwich onto other side, and done

4 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger and garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Recipe:
Step 1: Puncture chicken drums with toothpicks
Step 2: Circularly cut around thin area
Step 3: Turn meat out from cut area
Step 4: Season with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
Step 5: Marinade for 3 hours
Step 6: Cover with starch, egg batter, then breadcrumbs
Step 7: Put into air fryer at 200 degrees for 15 minutes

Chicken Parmesan Meatballs
Tandoori Salmon
(All instructions and ingredients should be read before starting)
Ingredients:
Salmon
Garlic
1 tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
2 tbsp Garam Masala
Salt
Recipe:
Step 1: Cut salmon into bite sized pieces
Step 2: Marinade with garlic, salt, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander, fenugreek leaves, garam masala for 10 minutes
Step 3: Broil for 15 minutes at 375 degrees
Step 4: Done

1 Egg
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Plain Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

Step 1: Into a bowl, add ground chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning
Step 2: Mix well
Step 3: Form into balls and place on cooking tray
Step 4: Put into oven until edges start to brown

Chicken Drumsticks
1 tsp Garlic & Onion Powder
1 tsp Hot Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice or togarashi
1 tsp of red thai coconut curry
Thai chili pepper
Recipe:
Step 1: Cut Chiken in half, then cut sides to butterfly it
Step 2: Season with garlic and onion powder, hot paprika, salt, cumin, chinese 5 spice/togarashi
Step 3: Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes
Step 4: Put into pan 1 tsp of red thai coconut curry while the chicken bakes and 1 thai chili pepper (taste and adjust throughout)
Step 5: Mix sauce with chicken, and done
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
(All instructions and ingredients should be read before starting)
Ingredients:
Ground Chicken
2 Eggs
Buffalo Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Seasoned breadcrumbs or Panko
Dressing
Recipe:
Step 1: In a bowl, add chicken and crack in 2 eggs
Step 2: Add buffalo sauce
Step 3: Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Step 4: Add breadcrumbs
Step 5: Mix until it is evenly combined
Step 6: Roll out evenly shaped meatballs on a baking sheet
Step 7: Put into oven at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until cooked
Step 8: Drizzle dressing, and done
Three Bean Salad
To start, you'll need:
- Can of green beans, 15 oz.
- Wax beans, 1 lbs.
- Can of kidney beans, 15 oz. (drained and rinsed)
- 1 sliced onion (into thin rings)
- White sugar. 3/4 cup
- Distilled white vinegar, 2/3 cup
- Vegetable oil, 1/3 cup
- Salt, 1/2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp.
- Celery seed, 1/2 tsp.
Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2: Chill in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
